St Arvans Church “OPEN WEEKEND”

As published on our Newsletter and in Fiveways Magazine,                                            St. Arvans Church will be OPEN this Weekend 13th and 14th July                             with Teas, Childrens activities, various displays and plants for sale.

Also on Saturday there will be Church Records and Monumental Inscription look-up available and two short talks about the Church, its History and People by David Priddis at 11.30am and at 2.30pm.

Saturday Open 10.30am – 4pm    Sunday 10.00 Eucharist then Open 11.15 – 4pm

All are most welcome.  Entry Free.

Donations for the upkeep of this ancient Celtic Church, gratefully received.

Please note that as Sunday 30th June is the FIFTH Sunday in the month, there will be a single Celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 10.30 am at ITTON, only, for the whole Group.

Apology for Temporary loss of Website

We wish to apologise to all our readers for the temporary loss of this website over the last couple of weeks due to unforeseen circumstances.  We hope it is all back on now so you can see the times of our Services, etc. over Christmas and the New Year.                     (see Post of Services for full update. NB our “Midnight” Service commences 11pm on Christmas Eve)

If you just fancy some Music, why not attend the Carols around the Christmas Tree in the St. Arvans Churchyard (in Church if weather dictates) with the Chepstow Town Band.    6pm Friday 21st December.

6pm Sunday 23rd December 2018 –  Service of Nine lessons and Carols              St. Arvans Church –  with Choir and soloists. Music Master: Kate Price
